About “Joakem”

Spearheaded by Stelios Ioakim, Joakem delivers a progressive metal punch with diverse musicianship, broad influences, and full-band collaboration from some of the top musicians Cyprus has to offer. Joakem’s music revolves around complex but catchy melodies and time signatures, heavy synth sounds, aggressive guitars and intricate drum patterns. On December 7th 2018 he released his debut 8 track album, titled “Mind Matter”. Joakem is currently performing both locally and internationally, spreading his music around the world and is currently in the process of releasing new music.
